Below you can find a term or two our online bingo site uses to describe certain things; granted we have our online bingo experience and thus, we would like to share it with you. If there is a glossary term that is not listed here and would like to, please feel free to let us know.

Bingo board:

5x5 matrix filled in with numbers that are a graphic representation of the printed bingo cards.

Newsletter:

Electronic communication, issued on a specific time basis, with different interesting sets of information regarding the online bingo website and its benefits to the members of it.

CM:

Chat Monitor, or Chat Manager. These are hosts for the chat games played in the bingo rooms and are the ones meant to maintain order and keep track of the winnings.

Caller:

In real life it refers to a person that calls the numbers of the bingo balls, in online bingo it refers to a voice emitted by the software that operates the bingo games.

Jackpot:

Large prize formed by the wagers of the all the players participating in a specific bingo room. It increases as the amount of player’s increases as well.

Fixed Jackpot:

Large prize that is fixed prior to the bingo game and does not increase based on the amount of wagers or players in a specific bingo room.

Progressive Jackpot:

Large prize that is awarded to the player(s) that hit a specific bingo pattern on a specific amount of bingo calls. The prize and the amount of calls vary depending on the settings by the website.

Referral:

Already existing and active member that refers a visitor to creating an online bingo account.

Bingo Pattern:

Specific number combination on a bingo card that forms different shapes.

Special Patterns:

Bingo games in which patterns share a specific theme and are played on a specific schedule.

Bingo Tournament:

Set of bingo games played under a specific topic, pre-set amount of dates and rules, and played amongst a group of participants, meant to generate competition and award special prizes to the winning players at the end of the period.

Roomies:

Members logged in Chat room and participating of the bingo chat games in an active manner.

VIP Level:

Different levels of points that increase according to the amount of dollars wagered and the game played.

Bonus Transfer:

Exchange of a specific amount of bonus money to cash. There is a fee charged for the exchange.

Buddy Transfer:

Transfer of a specific amount of cash from one player account’s balance to another player’s account’s balance.

Chat Comp:

Bonus money granted as winnings in chat games.

Deposit Bonus:

Bonus money adjustment based on specific percentages granted to all deposits made into the accounts of Vics Bingo.

Free Bonus:

Small amount of bonus money granted to the accounts which has no relation to prior deposits and is meant to try the games out or incentive a specific special activity.

Bingo Promotion:

Special game or game related activities in a specific amount of time meant to provide the players with fun and specific prizes.
