Bingo Chat Qualification Rules at Vics

The following rules apply for all players in Vics Bingo that participate in the online bingo chat rooms and win prizes related to bbs, chat comps, chat room related special promotions and any other specific online bingo chat promotion stated in our Saturday Bingo Promotions Page or our VIP Account Manager.

Qualification Rules

Please take a moment to read our policies that are made for all players at Vics Bingo. No exceptions to these rules will be made and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Must be logged in

Online bingo chat games are only played when logged into your account and actively playing a bingo chat game, therefore only the winnings won while in chat will be credited to the bingo account.

Must finish the game

If the player leaves the room before the bingo game is completed only the winnings won before will be credited. This applies all the same to electrical or internet disconnections, or any issue related to the player’s computer.

Only active accounts

Only active Vics Bingo accounts will be awarded. Active accounts are the ones that have at least one real money deposit made in the past 10 days. Accounts that have no deposits, and are using the free sign up bonus or any free bonus money credit, are not eligible for chat bbs or chat comps.

Minimum of cards

A minimum purchase of 4 online bingo cards per game is required to receive any chat bbs or comps. If the player bought less online bingo cards the winnings will not be credited.

Pending Payouts

Players with pending withdrawal requests or processed payouts are not eligible to receive any comps regardless of the rules above; the last part of this rule is overrun when the player deposits after a processed payout, which makes you eligible once again to receive online chat winnings. Once a withdrawal is requested all comps that were pending to be credited, will become void.

Flowbacks

Players who have a payout request and submit a flowback will not be eligible to receive chat winnings during a 48 hour period after the flowback has been requested. If the customer makes a deposit in this period of time then the rule is overwritten as per he/she is eligible once more to bonuses.

Limits

There is no limit for winnings regarding chat comps, the Vics Bingo account holder needs to have met the rules here exposed, the bonus rules and the online bingo game or promotion he/she is playing in. There is a limit for chat bbs and the VIP level of the Vics Bingo account determines this limit. Abuse

Players who abuse our online chat winnings system, or any Vics Bingo bonus system, will have online chat privileges disabled from a 24 hour period to a permanently veto, and can be moved to a "No bonus" Status.
