Vics Bingo Online Bingo Chat Rules
Listed below are the online bingo chat room rules and regulations that must be observed by ALL Vics-Bingo members. Please make sure you read each one carefully and abide by them at all times while you play bingo at Vics, failure to comply will result in warnings, followed by suspensions to access the online bingo chat room and in extreme cases the account will be banned from playing online bingo at Vics. Should you not agree to these rules and regulations, we recommend not participating in our bingo chat rooms. Remember: providing chat rooms is an additional feature and is NOT an obligation of Vics-Bingo.
Rules of our Online Bingo Chat Room
Please read below through our bingo chat rules, we are sure that you will find them to be quite standard, general etiquette you would also apply in your real life dealings with other people. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!
No Caps
Only the Chat Monitors are allowed to use CAPS when typing in the chat room. This is with the sole intention of maintaining hierarchy and for players to recognize when it is the Chat monitor writing and therefore differentiate instructions from the rest of the players' conversations. Normally the use of CAPS in all text and typing scenarios is considered rude, however as we have explained here, in the case of online bingo chat games it is to maintain clear communication with the Chat Monitor.
No Font Colors
Only the Chat Monitors are allowed to use the color RED when typing in the chat room. This is to ensure, as in the case of CAPS, that players can identify the chat monitor's comments and instructions from other players' conversations. Some players are more computer savvy than others, and may want to add colored backgrounds and fonts to their online chat; however we please ask that this font color feature be limited to the Chat Monitor only.
No Answering Questions
Only the Chat Monitor can answer a player's questions. This is part of his/her job; one of the main reasons there is a chat monitor in the online bingo chat rooms is to assist players with their inquiries, so even if you are just trying to be helpful, please allow the Chat Monitor to respond to all questions made by other players in order to avoid confusion.
Ask Customer Service
The Chat Monitor is limited to online bingo games and chat activities and has NO access to your Vics-Bingo account information. Our Customer Support Staff are on hand 24/7 through Live Support, Help Desk tickets and Email, so please contact them directly for any issues and questions you may have regarding deposits, bonuses and payouts. They will be more than happy to help you out.
Respect
Vics-Bingo enforces high standards of tolerance and respect in ALL its online bingo activities, and this is especially important in the chat rooms. We expect all participants to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. We do not accept, under any circumstances, racial, sexual or ethnic slurs; neither will we tolerate harassment or threatening and vulgar comments. We hope our players have joined Vics-Bingo to share a pleasant time with fellow bingo players, and thus we bid you respect for them and for your Chat Monitor.
No Promoting
Vics-Bingo does not approve of, or permit the promotions from players for other websites and/or companies. You can contact our Customer Support Staff to provide any feedback you have, be it positive or negative, and they will transmit it through the appropriate channels.
No Complaining
We kindly ask that our players do not complain during online bingo chat sessions about losing! This may cause some discomfort amongst other players, and although you feel you are going through a rough patch, and your luck is down, we please ask that you direct this feedback to our Customer Support Staff through a Help Desk Ticket, phone, email or Live Support.
No Personal Info
Vics-Bingo appreciates each customer's need for privacy, therefore we kindly ask that no personal information be posted in the online bingo chat room, and this includes Instant Messaging Aliases and Email Address. Contact with ALL the Vics-Bingo staff will also be limited to the official channels only. We appreciated your understanding on this matter!
Abide by these rules
Failure to comply with the above rules will result in the cancellation of your online bingo chat privileges for a minimum of 48 hours. If the Chat Monitor or the Customer Support Staff detect any violation of the terms here expressed, the player's online chat privileges will be removed for a minimum of 24 hours and a warning note placed in the player's account. Not abiding by these rules can also sometimes result in permanent cancellation of online chat privileges.
