Online Bingo Payout Guidelines and Rules at Vics
The following online bingo payout rules and guidelines need to be observed and met by all Vics Bingo players. These regulations have been developed in order to help with the Fraud Control procedures we are so proud at Vics Bingo, and also to help our valued players protect their information.
To request an online bingo payout
Please note that withdrawal requests are done via the "payout" option in your Cashier section within your Vics Bingo account (must log in to access it). Only requests recorded in the system can and will be processed. If you request a payout via the phone or any other contact method you will be referred to your Cashier section. Customer Support can not place the request for you but they can assist you with explaining how to do so.
Accepted currencies and methods to request one
All transactions at Vics Bingo are processed in USD and are safe online transactions. Below you'll find some of the payout options available for our customers as of now. Please make sure to specify the method when requesting a payout in your Cashier section, and to submit to Vics Bingo's Accounting Department your payment option information, related to the requested merchant. Some methods may not be available depending on the area of the world you live in; more information regarding this can be found inside your Vics Bingo account.

Deadlines and amount of requests
Customers can submit their payout requests at anytime during the week, the deadline is every Sunday at 11:59 AM EST. The Vics Bingo Accounting Department will process withdrawal requests once a week, on Mondays. If the request is submitted after the deadline, it will be processed until the following week. Please keep in mind this rule as there are no exceptions to it.
If you have placed more than one request, the first withdrawal entry will be the withdrawal processed; all subsequent withdrawals will be automatically declined. Vics Bingo will honor one payout request per account, customer or household accounts. Please note this also applies if the account holder has an account in any other Winward Group websites at the exact same week. For more information as to which are the Winard Group Websites, please contact our Accounting Department.
Cancelling your payout
If you wish to cancel the payout request for any reason you can do so by placing a "withdrawal flowback", also known as "redemption flowback". This is done in your Vics Bingo Cashier section, and as with the payout request it can only be performed by the account holder. Redemption Flowbacks are not online bingo deposits, and therefore are not eligible for online bingo deposit bonuses. Please note that accounts with flowbacks are not eligible for chat bbs for a period of 48 hours after the time of the request. Please note that you may also flow back a part of your payout and not the entire amount, and this is solely at your discretion as well; Vics Bingo is unable to do this request for you.
Wagering Criteria
Players must meet the online wagering requirements before requesting a payout; if these are not met the request will be declined. The wagering requirements are to play 3 times the amount of the deposit if you have not transferred your bonus balance in to cash; if you have, you must wager 12 times the final conversion amount; more information about this can be found in our "Bonus to Cash Exchange Link" inside your Vic's Bingo account. This will qualify the deposit bonus and the player will be able to request a payout as well.
Your general balance is made up of 2 parts: your online cash balance and your online bonus balance. Payout requests consider the online cash balance and not the online bonus balance, nevertheless if you request a payout before having met the wagering requirements your unqualified bonus will be void.
Security Guidelines you must comply
Paperwork for Credit Cards
If you have funded your account using any of the major credit cards and are requesting a payout through any of the online payout methods you will need to submit a Credit Card Authorization Form prior to the request being processed or the request itself. You will also need to submit a copy of the front of the credit card used and a copy of a valid picture ID (driver's license, passport, etc.).

Paperwork for Alternative Methods
If you are funding your online bingo account with any of the alternate deposit methods you will need to submit a copy of a valid picture ID and utility bill. Customers may submit this information via email to accounting@vicsbingo.com or via fax at 1-703-991-8879 (USA and Canada). Lack of these documents on file will result in automatic declination of any withdrawal request. Please note that all accounts must have matching and valid contact information. As part of our Vics Bingo Fraud Control Procedures our Accounting Department will run random verification checks at any time to confirm this information, if any comes up as invalid the account's winnings may become void.
Any customer who has deposited via Paper Check or ACH Transfer could have his/her payout declined, if the last transaction made has not cleared our bank yet. Feel free to verify the status of your last(s) transaction(s) by sending an email to accounting@vicsbingo.com with your account number or account alias, and the date of your last transaction(s) via these methods.
For ACH Transfer depositing customers, an authorization needs to be sent to accounting department before the payout is processed. This form will ensure that any and all charges made from your bank account to Vic/s Bingo, are acknowledged and final.

Household Accounts
In case of Household/Spousal accounts please note that only one of the accounts may request a payout per week, while this request is pending and processed the household account will remain deposit disabled. As soon as the request is processed and a new deposit made to the account which requested and payout the household account will be activated again. Please keep in mind the account holder must contact customer support to request reactivation.
Random Security Checks
On Mondays Accounting Department will choose a few accounts, amongst all the ones with a payout request, to run a Verification Process. This consists of a review of paperwork submitted, to make sure it is legible, valid and matches the information in the account; as well as a review on the online gaming sessions to rule out bonus abuse or gaming fraud. This Process will automatically decline the payout request but it will clear the account in order to receive a payout, the customer may request the payout again the following week and it will be automatically processed and approved on the following Monday. This is a one time process.
About Free Money Wins
The $5.00 free sign-up bonus is received once in the lifetime of the Vics Bingo account holder, and it is granted upon registration. Once you have logged into your online bingo account you will receive this bonus automatically, if this does not happen please contact our Customer Support Staff to have the bonus credited. Please note that users with duplicate accounts may not receive the free sign up bonus, and the duplicate accounts will be permanently disabled. Vics Bingo will issue promotions, from time to time, that credit the accounts with Bonuses that are not deposit related, these bonuses are known as "Free Money"/ "Welcome back" Bonuses. Players may use these two types of bonuses to enjoy the online bingo games in Vics Bingo and they need to follow the rules here explained should they wish to cash out. It must also be considered that a $100.00 USD wagering is required to cash out any winnings made on Free Bingo games.
General Free Money Payout Rules
Please make sure the following rules have been met when you have won funds by either playing our free bingo games or using our free sign up bonus.
Free bonus money cannot be withdrawn by itself
The maximum payout amount that players can obtain due to winnings made from existing and previous free money promotions is $150.00 USD. Any person who tries to go above this limit will have the payout request declined, the funds will be placed back in the Vics Bingo account and the player will need to wager them in full. Please note that all persons who try to go above this limit may have their funds removed from his/her online bingo account.
We process payouts on free money through NETeller
Withdrawals from free bonus promotions of $50 to $150 are only processed to NETeller accounts. You must send us a copy of a utility bill showing the address match registered on your Vics Bingo account; email us your NETeller account number or email address and a valid Picture Id before receiving your free withdrawal.
Minimum amount you can cash out
Any winnings made from free bonus money can be redeemed if and only if the amount of the cash out is above $50.00 USD. To this amount the player must add a $25 USD service charge fee that customers will be charged to cash out, and the player has met the wagering requirements. Also, the full bonus amount must be spent before any cash out is allowed
Wagering criteria to cash out
The online wagering requirements for Free Bonus money players, or players who have not made a deposit into their VicsbBingo.com accounts for at least 14 days before the request of payout, is 20 times the amount of the free bonus money. For example, if $10.00 USD were credited to your account, you must wager $200.00 USD before you can cash out any winnings.
Free bonus money abuse
Players who abuse the Free Money Promotions or any Bingo Bonus programs will be placed in a "No Bonus" Status, after prior warning. Players who open accounts only to enjoy the free sign up bonus will have these accounts permanently disabled, and will not be allowed to play in Vics Bingo.
Posting Links that credit free money
Vics Bingo is aware that some free bonus links may be posted in other sites or through out forums or the information that the potential player received has been sent to others who didn't receive it. If Vics Bingo has enough grounds to prove that a player did NOT receive a particular promotion through the exclusive means that this promotion was sent out through, Vics Bingo will not honor any payout requests from the player, even if he/she has met wagering criteria.
